Include the app build number, your device type, what you expected, and what happened. Do not email child names, medical information, passwords, portal access codes, full exported backups, or receipt images unless support specifically explains a safe need and you choose to provide them.

Common actions

• Restore a subscription: Open CoParent Settings and choose Restore Purchases.
• Manage or cancel: Open CoParent Settings and choose Manage Subscription.
• Keep a safety copy: Open Settings and choose Export All Family Spaces. Store the readable export somewhere private.
• Delete local family data: Use the Family Space deletion controls in Settings. Deleting the app or local data may not delete another co-parent’s copy or an export saved elsewhere.
• End co-parent sharing: The Family Space owner can use Manage Co-parent Access. The removed participant keeps a frozen local copy but no longer receives live changes.
• Report a problem privately: Use Settings > Report a Problem and review the report before sharing it.
